How to Place Your Orders
The Sushi Mama Team will add your account as a member of our Catering Partnership. Please follow the steps below to place your orders:
1. Log in:
Log in using your email.
2. Click on “Catering Partnership Online Pre-order for Pickup.”
: This page is accessible to partnership members only.
3. Select your pickup date and time first, then choose the sushi options you would like to order.
: Please place your order at least 16 hours in advance.
: Please include any comments or requests in the “Special Request” section, and we will respond accordingly.
4. Go to your cart → click “View Cart” → then click “Checkout.”
5. When entering customer details for the first time, please use your business name instead of your personal name.
If the system allows you to save these details, you will not need to enter them again for future orders.
:EX) First Name: Sushi / Last Name: Mama
6. To complete your order, click “Place Order & Pay.”
(You do not need to make a payment at this stage, as we will send you an invoice separately.)
About the Resource Center
You will find the Resource Center button on the main page. From there, you can download the resources for your use.
: The resources are to be used exclusively for Sushi Mama products supplied.
